Our collaboration with A-Lackering is profound on several levels. Balco's functions in many cases have direct contact with A-Lackering corresponding functions, such as quality manager versus quality department, or buyer versus order handler.

In Balco's case, we provide the material, via 3rd party, to A-Lackering for varnishing, which means that our cooperation needs to work directly between individual roles in each company (including 3rd party). Properly managed, it gives us tremendous flexibility and, not least, efficiency. At the same time, it should be stressed that it must be based on a healthy respect for each other's routines and processes, where together we try to find the best solution for all parties.
