We have been conducting employee surveys since 2011. Our employees evaluate us as an employer on leadership, fairness, equality, trust, respect, and community—factors that are crucial for building a truly great workplace. The surveys provide insight into what is working well and what we can improve together. All employees participate in meetings where the results are presented and improvement initiatives are developed. These initiatives are then prioritized for implementation. In this way, we are constantly making improvements to create an even better workplace.
