Before coating pre-treatment of aluminium takes place in 7-9 steps with degreasing, pickling, chromium-free surface conversion and deionization. The pre-treatment provides the absolute best corrosion resistance and adhesion to coating products to be used for outdoor use.
We perform electrostatic powder coating of aluminum in three production lines, one vertical line and two horizontal lines. This combination allows us to be effective both on high volume products and small production batches.
